@adam115’s Man United
@adam115 took Manchester United back to the summer of 2009 with City’s £900m and came out with 18 major trophies. The real Man United won six in the same nine seasons.
They spent £888m of the budget on 26 players.
Three of their titles came in a season City really won.
They built in stages, spending £120m in 2009 and the rest over the summers that followed.
The biggest fees: Eden Hazard (£80.5m, 2013), Raheem Sterling (£65m, 2014) and Fernando Torres (£59.5m, 2009).
They were champions nine times: 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12, 2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16, 2016/17 and 2017/18.
The best season was 2010/11, winning the league, the FA Cup and the League Cup.
